Africa and its ecologies : people and nature in the age of climate change

Please find attached the call for papers of the annual conference organized by the Africa Platform of Ghent University Association : "Africa and its ecologies : people and nature in the age of climate change".
This international symposium would originally have taken place in December 2020, but it has been postponed to Friday 10 December 2021.
We welcome paper submissions within any of these interdisciplinary sub-topics :

Land and ecosystem degradation, climate change mitigation
Climate change & Forestry
The burden of malnutrition in a changing environment
Climate change & Conflict
Climate change & Migration
Climate change & Health
Climate activism in Africa, Ecocriticism & the Post-human Turn
Deadline for the submission of abstracts (max. 500 words) : 1 May 2021.
